The Vice President of Data Science will lead and expand Five9’s in-house data science organization responsible for research, experimentation, and data-driven contributions to AI products. The role combines strategic ownership of technical and operational direction with hands-on applied work that moves models and features into production. The position represents data science internally and externally, helping shape product strategy and participating in industry publication and conferences. The leader will also build and mentor a high-performing, distributed team.
