Vice President, Development

The Vice President, Development leads the Advancement leadership team at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden, responsible for developing and executing a results-driven fundraising strategy and donor engagement program. This role oversees annual giving, major gifts, corporate and foundation relations, sponsorships, events, and membership acquisition and retention to support the organization's mission and financial sustainability. The position involves strategic planning, team leadership, and building meaningful philanthropic relationships with donors, members, and stakeholders.
