OLIPOP is redefining the soda category, and this role sits at the center of our next phase of growth. As Vice President of Emerging Channels and Distribution, you will own and scale one of OLIPOP’s most critical enterprise growth engines. You’ll set the strategy and lead execution across alternative channels and distributor partnerships, shaping how we expand distribution, deepen customer relationships, and drive sustainable, profitable growth beyond traditional retail.

12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Alternative Channels, C-store Foodservice, and Distributor Management within CPG organizationsProven track record of enterprise level P&L ownershipExperience building and scaling functions or capabilitiesThrives in ambiguity and growthDemonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and external partners
