About this role
The VP of Engineering at Breakthrough leads the company’s engineering organization, owning delivery execution, people development, and engineering excellence for a growing freight technology business. The role partners closely with the Chief Technologist to scale teams, build autonomous delivery organizations, and implement operational metrics and SLAs. Location is Green Bay, WI (preferred) or remote within the U.S. with regular onsite visits expected.
