About this role
The Vice President of Engineering will lead and scale Formation Bio’s engineering organization, transforming technical capabilities into strategic drivers of clinical and commercial success. Reporting to the CTO, this executive will partner across Product, Data Science, and clinical teams to build platforms and infrastructure that accelerate drug development. The role is centered in biotech/pharma contexts and focuses on operationalizing complex biological and clinical data for decision-making.
