About this role

The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at LaunchDarkly is the single accountable leader for company-wide planning, forecasting, and financial decision support as the business scales beyond ~$200M ARR. Reporting to the CFO, this role owns the annual plan, multi-year strategic plan, rolling forecasts, and executive financial narratives while partnering across GTM, Product, Engineering, and G&A. The position exists to ensure credible, forward-looking financial plans and to position FP&A as a strategic enabler of the business.
