Vice President, Global Operations

The Vice President, Global Operations leads the Traction Senior Leadership Team to deliver world-class safety, quality, cost, delivery, service, speed, and specialization (QCDSSS) performance across global manufacturing footprints in China, India, Mexico, and the United States. This role shapes and executes an operations strategy aligned with the business plan, drives structural cost improvement and Base Line Profit (BLP), and builds a high-performing global organization to support sustained, profitable growth. The position oversees global safety management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with EHS and regulatory requirements.
