About this role

The Vice President, Information Technology Infrastructure & Operations serves as the senior operational technology leader responsible for secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-effective technology services across Easterseals NH & VT. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the role leads infrastructure, cybersecurity, service management, and IT financial management while providing strategic perspectives to enterprise planning and delivery decisions. This position requires a leader with significant experience in technology operations, vendor management, and organizational change within complex or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day technology operations and service delivery across all business lines
Manage infrastructure, cybersecurity, and information security operations and controls
Develop and manage operating and capital budgets with the CIO
