The Vice President, Life Sciences Professional Services PMO leads Model N’s global professional services portfolio for life sciences customers, overseeing end-to-end execution, governance, and performance management. The role focuses on scaling and modernizing delivery methodologies, operating models, and tooling for pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients. As a key member of the Global Services and Senior Leadership Teams, this leader partners closely with internal executives and external stakeholders to ensure a scalable, efficient, and customer-centric services organization. The position reports directly to the Chief Services Officer and carries significant visibility and strategic impact.
