Vice President, Merchandising

The Vice President, Merchandising at Rothy’s will lead the end‑to‑end merchandising organization across Women’s, Men’s, Kids and Accessories, setting multi‑year category and channel vision and building profitable assortments for retail, e‑commerce and wholesale. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, the role partners with design, planning, product development and marketing leaders to drive revenue, margin and inventory health while recruiting and coaching a world‑class merchandising team.
