About this role
The Vice President, Non-Financial Risk & Control is a senior role within BMO Capital Markets' Operational Risk & Resilience team reporting to the Director, Operational Risk & Resilience, Capital Markets. The role provides expertise and oversight of non-financial risk exposures across the Capital Markets Front Office and supports embedding resilient, well-controlled operations across products, functions, and regions. The VP will be assigned a portfolio of interlinked non-financial risk areas and act as a trusted advisor to business and risk stakeholders.
