The Vice President of Client Development leads the strategy for building deeper, more valuable relationships with high-potential and high-value guests at The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection. This role establishes a luxury clienteling model to increase repeat business, retention, and lifetime value by coordinating personalized outreach and curated experiences across the guest journey. The position sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, CRM, Guest Experience, Analytics, and Operations to ensure guest intelligence drives meaningful action.
