The Vice President of Compounding will lead and optimize high-volume sterile and nonsterile 503A compounding operations, ensuring patient-focused outcomes and sustained regulatory compliance. This executive role is accountable for overall compounding quality performance, audit readiness, and remediation of compliance gaps. The position partners with pharmacists, technicians, quality, technical services, and regulatory affairs and works with executive leadership on growth and capacity planning in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
