About this role

The Vice President of Growth is an executive leader responsible for driving revenue expansion and strengthening market positioning within the DoD and Intelligence Community sectors. The role owns the full growth lifecycle, from strategy through business development, capture, and proposal operations, to support the company’s transition from small business status to mid-tier competitor. Reporting to the COO, this position focuses on building a robust pipeline, securing larger contracts, and establishing strategic partnerships. The VP is also accountable for maturing internal growth infrastructure and processes to enable scalable, sustainable growth.
