The Vice President of Loan Operations provides executive leadership and strategic direction for loan servicing and lending operations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance integrity, and strong borrower experience. This role drives modernization, strengthens operational infrastructure, and builds scalable processes to support portfolio growth and community impact. The VP partners across Lending, Credit, Finance, Risk, Impact, and Compliance and reports to the Chief Credit Officer with a dotted line to the Chief Lending Officer.
