The Vice President of Member Growth at PadSplit is responsible for driving the expansion and health of its member marketplace, with a focus on active member adoption and long-term retention. The role shapes the end-to-end member experience while building sustainable, organic growth engines for the business. This executive position is central to scaling PadSplit’s mission of providing safe, affordable housing at scale. The VP will operate cross-functionally to align growth, product, operations, and marketing around member needs and marketplace outcomes.
