Vice President of People Operations

The Vice President of People Operations leads Cogir’s people strategy and day-to-day HR partnership across its communities and service center. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee experience, employee relations, learning and leadership development, and HR operations. The position builds practical systems to help leaders hire well, develop teams, retain employees, and manage people matters consistently.
