Vice President of Residential Lending

The Vice President of Residential Lending at WSECU is a senior executive responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of the credit union’s residential mortgage lending activities and member borrowing experience. This role leads mortgage sales, underwriting, processing, closing, secondary market and post-funding operations while driving transformation, scalability, and technology-enabled process improvements. The position supports homeownership initiatives for underserved communities and partners across the organization to align lending strategy with business goals.
