Vice President, Payment Strategy and Operations

The Vice President, Payment Strategy and Operations provides strategic leadership for the design and execution of the Bank’s payment operations strategy, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative payment solutions. This role oversees the modernization and governance of all payment-related functions, including ACH, wire transfers, and real-time payments, while collaborating with executive leadership to drive long-term growth and digital capabilities. The position requires maintaining strong operational controls, compliance, and risk management across all payment channels.
