The Vice President, People Experience (Business Partners) leads the North America HR Business Partner function within People & Culture, acting as the senior advisor and strategic partner to executive leadership. The role oversees the HRBP team and focuses on leader enablement, organizational effectiveness, and integrated People & Culture service delivery across centers of excellence. This position reports to the Senior Vice President, People & Culture and supports scaling and cultural initiatives across the region.
