Vice President, People Systems & Technology

The Vice President, People Systems and Technology leads enterprise-wide HR technology strategy and operations for Sony Pictures, overseeing systems that support the full people lifecycle for employees and contingent workers. This role is the primary technology advisor to People & Organization and Payroll leadership, responsible for ensuring data integrity, secure integrations, and alignment of HR technology roadmaps with business priorities. The position partners with Finance, Legal, IT and Information Security to drive digital enablement and operational excellence across the studio.
