Vice President, Physician and Dental Programs

Leads the strategic direction and long-term performance of PSIC’s Physician and Dental professional liability programs, establishing a clear path for profitable growth and retention. Provides leadership to ensure alignment across teams, sets priorities, and drives accountability for results across both lines of business. Serves as the primary leader and advocate for the programs in senior leadership settings, partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate alternatives and recommend strategic initiatives.
