The Vice President, Physician Engagement, Development & Wellbeing leads system-wide strategy to advance physician and advanced practice provider (APP) engagement, professional development, and well-being across Endeavor Health. The role partners with HR, clinical leaders, and governance committees to design and implement learning programs, patient experience initiatives, and measurement strategies. The position is primarily administrative (70-80%) with a portion of direct patient care (20-25%).
