About this role

Remix Therapeutics is seeking a Program Team Leader to serve as the single accountable leader for their most advanced oncology program, REM-422. This role integrates clinical, regulatory, commercial, and medical affairs functions to drive the strategic direction and operational execution necessary for global approval and commercialization. The ideal candidate combines deep drug development experience with strong organizational leadership skills to align diverse perspectives and advance the team toward market access.

Responsibilities

Own the strategic direction and operational execution of the REM-422 asset.
Integrate clinical, regulatory, and commercial functions into a coherent strategy.
Present program updates and go/no-go recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team.
Manage the critical path, scenario plans, and risk registry for the program.
Oversee key regulatory submissions including IND amendments and NDA/BLA filings.
