Vice President, Project Manager

The Vice President, Project Manager leads a pod within the Acquisitions team at Walker & Dunlop's Affordable Equity division, overseeing the acquisition of limited partnership interests in affordable housing developments. This role provides strategic direction, manages complex transactions from underwriting through closing, and ensures effective risk mitigation and cross-functional coordination.
