About this role

The Vice President, Reliability leads the reliability strategy and execution for HP's shared platform services, ensuring they are highly available, resilient, observable, and performant at global scale. Reporting to the VP of Platform Engineering, this senior leader shapes the operating model, builds high‑performing teams, and partners with engineering and business stakeholders to embed reliability across the software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Define and lead reliability vision and strategy for shared platform services
Build and lead high-performing reliability, observability, and performance engineering organization
Establish and scale SRE practices including AI-enabled SRE and incident management
