Vice President, Structurer (Credit)

The Vice President, Structurer (Credit) leads the structuring and execution of Asset-Based Lending facilities, Collateralized Loan Obligations, and other structured fund solutions to broaden the investor base and support strategic growth. This role focuses on the insurance investor universe, developing deep expertise in investor objectives, regulatory considerations, and preferred investment structures. The position involves owning end-to-end transaction workstreams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing leadership to junior team members.
