Vice President, TIPM & Operational Resilience Risk

The Vice President, TIPM & Operational Resilience Risk serves as a second-line role within Americas Non-Financial Risk, independently challenging and advising the First Line on third-party risk, operational resilience, and business continuity. The position supports the organization in meeting ING Group requirements and U.S. regulatory expectations by evaluating risk management practices and providing practical, risk-based guidance. This role strengthens governance and regulatory readiness through independent oversight, thematic reviews, and decision-useful reporting to senior management.
