About this role

As a Vice President of US Logistics Development, you will oversee and manage various development projects for the Ares East Coast industrial real estate portfolio. This leadership role involves partnering with internal teams and external contractors to lead development, redevelopment, construction, and capital expenditure processes. You will be responsible for project management, financial underwriting, and directly managing project managers and senior project managers within your assigned region.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage development projects for the East Coast industrial real estate portfolio
Directly manage and support the work activities of project managers and senior project managers
Oversee financial underwriting, quarterly projections, and development reporting activities
Prepare, implement, and oversee project level budgets and capital improvement plans
Manage the overall construction process including obtaining necessary permits and documentation
