Vice President, Utility Development

The Vice President, Utility Development will lead utility and power supply workstreams from site evaluation through contracting, design coordination, interconnection, and execution for large-scale data center and industrial projects. The role requires cross‑functional leadership, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to manage complex utility relationships across multiple markets while serving as Tract’s primary on‑site point of contact.
