Vice President

The Vice President will join the M&A team in New York to lead the design, origination, structuring, and execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions. This role involves providing critical input on pitch and deal materials, conducting financial modeling and valuation analyses, and facilitating idea generation across the firm. The position requires a minimum of 6 years of investment banking experience and strong corporate finance knowledge.
