The position acts as the key interface between local stakeholders and global Product Administration, translating global best practices into Japan-specific execution to safeguard outcomes for Japanese investors. It involves leading governance committees, managing anti-dilution tools, and driving continuous improvement of product governance processes in collaboration with various internal and external teams.
