About this role

The Global Leveraged Finance Underwriting Credit Team is seeking a Vice President to deliver best-in-class credit risk analysis, monitoring, and credit administration. This role partners with Underwriting and Banking teams to ensure the safety and soundness of wholesale lending while enhancing the end-to-end Leveraged Lending credit management process. The position involves conducting independent credit reviews and supporting transaction underwriting activities.

Responsibilities

Perform fundamental credit analysis and assess financial strength of complex corporate clients
Monitor covered portfolio and evaluate impacts to key relationships while escalating potential credit issues
Provide sign-off for Annual and Quarterly Review memos and mentor junior analysts
