Video Lead

The Video Lead at BJAK is responsible for shaping and executing the company's cinematic vision across various video projects and channels. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on direction, overseeing a small production team while leading shoots, managing logistics, and ensuring the highest quality in video production from concept to final delivery. The Video Lead will innovate and experiment with new storytelling techniques, while also collaborating closely with editing and design teams to maintain brand standards in post-production. This position requires a minimum of 7 years in video production, strong leadership skills, and expertise in cinematography and visual storytelling.
