A V.I.E Global DEI Specialist supporting the Global Head of Culture and DEI in implementing and monitoring Ipsen’s global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy. The role focuses on embedding DEI across HR processes and business practices, fostering an inclusive workplace and collaborating with regional leads, ERGs, and HR partners. This is a V.I.E position for eligible European Economic Area candidates to work for a French company outside of France.
