The position involves delivering exceptional guest service onboard, including serving refreshments, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and acting as a brand ambassador for Caesars Rewards and property events. Additionally, the role coordinates guest arrival and check-in upon return, communicates feedback, and resolves issues to maintain a high standard of service.
