This position requires strong judgment, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently with established SOPs to ensure operational efficiency and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

Manage calendar, scheduling, and communication flow for the Co-owner
Monitor shared inbox, texts, and voicemails to ensure timely follow-up
Track insurance underwriting requirements and prepare client meeting materials
