A Virtual Financial Consultant Multi-lingual delivers virtual, multi-language financial counseling for participants, prospects, beneficiaries and their representatives across TIAA’s retirement and investment products. The role supports institution-aligned regional clients via phone, video and occasional in-person interactions to help clients meet short- and long-term financial goals. The position begins as hourly (non-exempt) during training and transitions to a salaried (exempt) role, with required licenses to be obtained within 120 days.
