Virtual Teller

This role involves processing member transactions via video conference and Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) while ensuring accuracy and adherence to credit union policies. The position requires educating members on financial products and services to help them save and earn money, as well as providing exceptional customer service through remote interactions. The Virtual Teller also handles administrative functions, loss prevention, and supports branch staff to ensure smooth member transitions.
