Visitor Experience Representative

The Visitor Experience Representative ensures pilgrims and visitors to the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Augustine have a positive experience by greeting guests and collaborating with the Parish Manager to create memorable impressions. This part-time role involves conducting tours, monitoring the care and cleanliness of the Cathedral and grounds, and assisting with preparations for major annual events. The position requires a service-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a flexible schedule to work weekends and holidays.
