About this role

The Visitor Experience Research Intern at SFMOMA supports efforts to understand visitor needs, preferences, and behaviors within the museum setting. Working closely with the Visitor Experience team, the intern helps conduct and review research to inform decisions that enhance the visitor experience. The role offers hands-on exposure to visitor research in a major museum, with structured mentorship and educational programming over a nine-week summer term.
