Visitor Experience Specialist

The Visitor Experience Specialist oversees the administration and continuous improvement of the University's campus visit experience under the supervision of the Associate Director of Admissions for Events. This role serves as a key member of the Admissions team by analyzing visitor engagement data, implementing communication strategies, and coordinating campus partnerships to enhance the prospective student experience. The position involves managing daily visit operations, supervising student workers, and ensuring a high-quality visitor experience aligned with enrollment goals.
