Visitor Experience Supervisor

The National Archives seeks an Executive Officer to lead the implementation of their new Visitor Experience Strategy at Kew. Reporting to the Visitor Experience Manager, this role involves supervising a team of assistants, managing front-of-house delivery, and ensuring a high-quality experience for diverse audiences through events and exhibitions.
