Visitor Services Associate

This role welcomes, admits, and directs guests to ensure a positive visitor experience at the Butterfly House while managing ticket sales and handling transactions. The position involves providing accurate information about Garden sites, attractions, and events to visitors and callers, resolving customer issues, and supporting various visitor services needs across Garden locations. The associate also assists with cafe sales, restocking, and maintaining a safe and secure environment in compliance with organizational guidelines.
