The role focuses on shaping a cohesive visual identity that resonates with diverse Web3 audiences and supports go-to-market efforts and product launches. This is a hands-on position at an early-stage company with significant opportunity for impact and growth.

d3.comD3 (D3 Global) is building Doma, a DNS‑compliant blockchain and infrastructure stack that tokenizes Web2 domain names to create a new "DomainFi" economy. Its platform preserves DNS integrity while bridging tokenized domains to major Web3 marketplaces, wallets, and ecosystems to unlock liquidity, distribution, and monetization for domains as real‑world assets. D3 provides tokenization tooling, cross‑chain bridges, and developer programs to enable use cases across DeFi, identity, and payments. The company has industry partnerships and institutional backing (including a Paradigm‑led Series A) and runs funds and programs to accelerate developer adoption on its testnet.
