The Visual Lead at ALO is responsible for driving store sales and maximizing profitability through execution of visual merchandising and store operations in partnership with the Visual Manager. The role coordinates visual floor changes, inventory control, reporting and budget-related tasks while ensuring company visual standards are met. The Visual Lead also provides people leadership by coaching, recruiting and developing associates and partners cross-functionally to support business goals.
