Visual Learning Designer / Instructional Graphic Designer

The Visual Learning Designer / Instructional Graphic Designer works within VF's Global Learning and Leadership Development team to create and maintain visual design systems, templates, and reusable assets for enterprise learning experiences. The role partners with Learning Experience Designers and facilitators to translate complex concepts into clear, accessible visual materials that reduce cognitive load and support inclusive learning.
