Visual Manager (12 South)

The Visual Manager at Buck Mason is responsible for bringing the in-store experience to life through elevated, brand-aligned visual merchandising across multiple retail locations. This role owns the planning and execution of visual updates, seasonal floor changes, and in-store storytelling that reflects the brand’s California-inspired aesthetic. It also serves as a key partner to store and HQ teams, creating training materials and systems to maintain visual standards. The position includes leadership in special event presentation and ongoing refinement of visuals based on business performance.
