Vocational Coach

The Vocational Coach assists clients, particularly those with disabilities, in pursuing employment opportunities through individualized coaching, job readiness training, and resource connections. This role focuses on removing barriers to employment, developing resumes, conducting mock interviews, and building relationships with employers and community organizations to achieve positive job outcomes. The position supports the organization's mission of fostering economic stability and community wellbeing through direct client services and collaboration with the employment team.
