Vocational Counselor I

Omega is seeking an energetic and empathetic Vocational Counselor to serve as an advocate, coach, and employment matchmaker for individuals with disabilities, veterans, and job seekers overcoming barriers. The role involves conducting intake assessments, creating individualized employment plans, and providing targeted preparation and on-the-job coaching to help clients build sustainable careers. Additionally, the counselor will network with local employers to identify inclusive hiring opportunities and facilitate job matching that aligns client strengths with business labor needs.
